The ADMC331BST is a single chip DSP motor controller. It can be used in Washing Machines, Refrigerator Compressors, Fans, Pumps, Industrial Variable Speed Drives. This device integrates a 26 MIPS, fixed-point DSP core with a complete set of motor control peripherals that permits fast, efficient development of motor controllers. The device also contains two auxiliary 8-bit PWM channels, a 16-bit watchdog timer and expanded capability through the serial ports and 24-bit digital I/O ports.
