Product Summary
The MAX4212/MAX4213 single, MAX4216 dual,MAX4218 triple, and MAX4220 quad op amps areunity-gain-stable devices that combine high-speed per-formance with Rail-to-Rail outputs. These devices operate from a 3.3V to 10V single supply or from ±1.65V to ±5V dualsupplies. The normal-mode input voltage rangeextends beyond the negative power-supply rail (groundin single-supply applications).
These devices require only 5.5mA of quiescent supplycurrent while achieving a 300MHz -3dB bandwidth anda 600V/μs slew rate. Input-voltage noise is only10nV/Hz and input-current noise is only 1.3pA/Hz foreither the inverting or noninverting input. These partsare an excellent solution in low-power/low-voltage sys-tems that require wide bandwidth, such as video, com-munications, and instrumentation. In addition, whendisabled, their high-output impedance makes themideal for multiplexing applications.
