The MAX627CPA is a dual monolithic power MOSFET driver. It is designed to translate TTL inputs to high voltage/current outputs. The MAX627CPA is a dual inverting power MOSFET driver. Delay times are nearly independent of VDD. High current output drivers rapidly charge and discharge the gate capacitance of even the largest power MOSFETs to whith millivolts of the supply rail. The applications of the MAX627CPA are switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor controllers, pin diode drivers, charge pump voltage inverters.
