Product Summary
The MAX4427ESA is a dual monolithic MOSFET driver. It is designed to translate TTL/CMOS inputs to highvoltage/current outputs. Delay times are nearly independent of VDD. This produce the power MOSFETs’minimum on resistance. The MAX4427ESA’ highspeed minimizes power losses in switching power sup-plies and DC-DC converters. The applications of the MAX4427ESA include: switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor controllers, pin-diode drivers, charge-pump voltage inverters.
