Product Summary

The M54587FP is a eight-circuit collector-currentsynchronized Darlington transistor array. The circuit is made of PNP and NPN transistors. The device performs high-current driving with extremely low input-current supply. The M54587FP is used in interfaces between microcomputers and high-voltage, high current drive systems, drives of relays and MOS-bipolar logic IC interfaces. The M54587FP is produced by adding PNP transistors to M54585 inputs. Eight circuits having active L-level inputs are provided.
