The MIC4427 is a dual 1.5A-peak low-side MOSFET driver that can be used in (1)MOSFET driver; (2)clock line driver; (3)coax cable driver; (4)piezoelectic transducer driver. It is fabricated on a BiCMOS/DMOS process for low power consumption and high efficiency. These drivers translate TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels that swing within 25mV of the positive supply or ground.
