Product Summary

The BTS716G is a smart highside power switch. It can be used in (1)most suitable for loads with high inrush currents, so as lamps; (2)all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads; (3)uC compatible high-side power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12 V and 24 V grounded loads and (4)replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
