Product Summary

The ITS711L1 is a smart four channel highside power switch. This device can be used in (1)uC compatible power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12 V and 24 V DC grounded loads in industrial applications; (2)All types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads; (3)Replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
