The PS21765 is an intelligent power module that integrate power device, driver, and protection circuitry in an ultra compact dual-in-line transfer-mold package for use in driving small three phase motor. Use of 5th generation IGBTs, DIP packaging, and application specific HVICs allow the designer to reduce inverter size and overall design time.Applications are (1)Refrigerators; (2)Air conditioners; (3)Small servo motors; (4)Small motor control.
